Finished 10-1 with 1.31 ERA, 50 strikeouts; pitched one-hitter vs. Pine Crest in district semifinal.

Archbishop McCarthy senior
Hit .430 with 3 homers, 13 doubles, 32 runs, 24 RBIs; key veteran in Mavericks’ back-to-back state title runs.

Somerset senior
Alabama State signee, IMG Classic MVP hit .404 with 16 2B, 14 SB to help Somerset to 24-5, best season in program history.

American Heritage freshman
University of Miami commit hit .453 with four homers, 24 RBIs; also collected three saves for district champ Patriots.

No. 3 batter finished with .463 average, .800 slugging, with 3 HR, 37 hits, 31 runs, 28 RBIs; lynchpin in Mavericks’ lineup.

Five wins in eight starts, with 0.99 ERA, 61 strikeouts; also came in for five saves and hit .345.

Sagemont senior
Fanned 92 batters, had 1.85 ERA pitching seven complete games, four shutouts, no-hitter for regional finalist Lions.

McCarthy senior
Four-year starter led county in stolen bases (27), hit .434, scored 36 runs with one of two homers in regional semifinal vs. Heritage.

North Broward Prep senior
Miami signee had 1.50 ERA in 11 starts, struck out 74 in 56 innings pitched; flirted with no-hitter vs. Coral Springs Charter.

ASA Miami signee hit .427 with 26 RBIs, four HR, including one in a 3-for-3 effort vs. Cooper City.
